Features

What is the workout split?

A mix of upper body strength, lower body strength, zone 2 cardio + deep core, active recovery, steps, and optional stretching/yoga/mobility work

What does the nutrition component look like?

The meal plan consists of well balanced, delicious meals and recipes I personally eat and recommend. We are focusing on: whole foods, anti-inflammatory ingredients, easy digestion, integrated TCM tactics, and gut healthy recipes.

I am a beginner, will this work for me?

No matter where you are at in your fitness journey this is a solid program! It focuses on traditional weight lifting movements and if you are ever uncomfortable with an exercise you can easily swap it out in the app for a workout that will hit the same muscle group!
